Kiiroi Tori

Nearly seven years since their debut seven inch release, Tone Scientists are back with the five song Kiiroi Tori EP. The project joins Mike Watt and Bucky Pope, with drummer John Herndon of Tortoise and longtime Watt collaborators Vince Meghrouni (flute/sax) and Pete Mazich (keyboards). The EP includes an ambitious Sun Ra cover of "The Sun One," along with four tunes penned by Pope and Watt.
